TCSW offers excellent Offender Supervision Services geared at changing the way an offender thinks and behaves while holding each individual accountable for their actions. We offer a variety of resources and programs to help each client successfully navigate their journey through the Criminal Justice System. We focus on ending mass incarceration and institutionalization, while focusing on restoration, rehabilitation, and reintegration into society in a manner that protects the Community.
Tennessee Correctional Services West TN, Inc. is a Tennessee owned and operated company, that provides various Probation and Program needs to the Court Systems of Tennessee. TCSW staff has been dedicated to changing lives, by re-directing them into areas that would deter further crime, eliminate drug use, maintain employment, build character and self confidence, expand education, and restore families. TCSW works towards removing the stigma that probation is all about punishment and re-invents rehabilitation, to reduce the epidemic of re-ocurrence and help offenders find a new way to manage life's problems rather than to re-offend. We also pride ourselves on our relationships with the Courts, Police Officers, Attorneys, and Social Service Agencies that we work with to serve not only our clients but our Community.
